The week in pictures

Another week can be archived...

My family is in some ways no different than other families, of course I have a super crazy family that nobody else have, but that's for another story. This story is about going out and enjoying the wild flowers that covers the northern Negev desert.

it is also about many many other families who left their craziness at home and went out to see how the crazy desert is all covered in green grass and carpets of red flowers, in few weeks from now it will all be dry and yellow, not even the smallest evidence of the vacation that the desert has taken from itself.

Friendship.

It is also the same story of the holy city that for thousands of years was and still is a the reason for wars and violence. So this time it is clashes between the police and the Muslim teenagers of east Jerusalem who were called by their leaders to save the world from ending and fight the Zionist enemy who dig under the holy mosque of Al Aqsa, wanting to destroy it for good.

Running.

Father.

Well as I was there with my too heavy camera (it's not as heavy as it was in Bulgaria, lost some mental weight.) I saw a little boy sitting on his father's lap in front of one of the gates of the old
Brotherhood.

city, the boy and his dad were sitting on a little stone bench and near them two young soldiers were helping each other with their equipment. The instinct was to go grab a photo of the family and the soldiers in the back. but some other photographers were there already... so I gave up this one but I had the chance to think about the picture.

Easily I find myself thinking about the 6-7 year old kid who comes to watch the Friday

afternoon clashes, and I think about the two Israeli teenagers in dark green uniform and the way they help each other with fixing the equipment they have to wear.

Age.

Boy and horse

A good week to all.
