The Bungee Jumper

With every step he makes, his heart beats stronger,
Like a well oiled motor that is craving to reach the peak of energy, the little heart keep on pumping a mix of fear and satisfaction through his body.

He pause now for a moment, breath deeply in and out. The air of excitement is blown out of his lungs.

Only few more steps between him and the point of no return, the heart is now beating at high speed, Mind is very sharp and clear and all the blank spots of daily routine are long left behind. "It is time" the deep voice from within whispers in his ear. Yes, I know it is the time for another jump, even though the glue that hold the pieces of his soul is not even dry yet, and it is clearly visible that the last jump ended up with a crash that tore his heart into shreds, it is also visible that he recovered and even grew much bigger and stronger, so now it is time for the next jump.
A jump off the highest point he can find with nothing but a gray concrete floor that is smiling at him from down below, "come to me, my arms are wide open to hug you with my gray concrete softness, come to me." the floor smiles at him.

Driven by the great power of loneliness, he sets up his Bungee rope, his helmet and the harness that connect him to reality, as he does so, a stream of cold sweat flows down from his head on his arm and stains the harness, " again", he says to himself, " again I am standing on the edge, ready to jump, ready to risk everything for just a split second of life. True life, again."

Time has come, standing on the edge of the high crane, he closes his eyes and let go. The only way is to keep your eye closed, that way your soul sees what it needs to see and you can grow.

שבצידה השני אין כלום
ככה שברגע שתגיע לא תעצור אפילו להסדיר נשימתך
הסקרנות תגרום לך לפתוח את הדלת ולהתפרץ פנימה
או בעצם החוצה
ומיד אתה נופל את כל הגובה של המדרגות שכל החיים רק עלית

נו מה אפשר לעשות ?
להסתובב ולרדת ?
להתיישב על מפתן הדלת ולחכות ?
